Midax Fleet Card enables you to shape billing to your individual requirements! The Midax In-House Fleet Card puts you in control of costly receivables while managing discounts, and giving you accurate billing.
- A full function in-house fleet card program that allows you to accept charges at retail while maintaining the necessary level of control. Midax gives you the ability to prompt for control data such as driver number, vehicle number, odometer reading etc. You can use this data to provide your customers audit ability and control over their card users.
- The application runs at the pump and can be configured for inside sales that restrict the type of merchandize a card user can purchase.
- Individual card limits and global limits are customer assignable and can be specifically geared to your operation and marketing goals. All limits are verified online at time of sale. You can configure the system to verify against a preset limit, or as positive/negative.
- Maintain all the credit card company standards for grace periods, interest calculation, and billing. You can even setup off invoice discounting for certain valued customers. Billing at period end is fully automated and integrated into A/R and can even be setup for ACH payment of accounts.
