Midax customers are a unique breed of successful retailers.
Midax customers may be retailers who have grown over 2 or 3 generations from single store operators to successful regional chains or they may be single store operators ready to expand their business. Midax gives all their customers the ability to act as a Virtual Chain, effectively giving them the tools to compete against the major chains. As a Virtual Chain, Midax customers are able to increase efficiencies and reduce cost while maintaining their high level of customer service.
Our role in Midax is to help facilitate that success.

Midax looks at our customer’s business as a whole, we put together a suite of applications to help streamline their entire operation.
Midax believes in the individuality of the retailer. Our customers remain very involved in our development process; there is no “one size fits all” approach. Our goal is to have all Midax customers feel like the applications were developed just for them.
We have provided these services for over a decade with the customer hosting their own systems. Now, we are also offering all of these services through the Midax Data Center, where we host and manage your Midax system for you.
